Wayne M. King was born and raised in Lancaster County. He enjoys spending time outdoors, including hunting, trapping, and hiking with his two Dalmatians. Growing up, he observed and occasionally helped in his father’s construction business, gaining early exposure to the industry.
After serving in the United States Marine Corps as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Operator, Wayne returned home to pursue his family’s passion for helping people find their dream homes. As a third-generation Realtor, he brings unique insight into the buying and selling process, along with the discipline and experience gained from his military service.
Wayne serves clients throughout Lancaster, Berks, and the Lehigh Valley, and has a strong passion for helping military veterans find homes and fully utilize their benefits. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the Lehigh Valley and spending time outdoors with his wife, Rachel.
