Jennifer and her team were great at guiding us through the process of our new home purchase. She was with us every step of the way. We never had a problem reaching Jennifer and she responded to our questions and obtained answers almost immediately. I feel she went over and above in scheduling contractors to look over the home inspector’s findings. When she had to quarantine during our closing Angie stepped in and did a fantastic job. I would definitely work with them again and recommend the Jennifer King team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

Jennifer exceeded my wildest expectations. From stories I’ve heard from friends and family, I was expecting to get pushed through and get the bare minimum so the agent can get their commission. What I got was the exact opposite. Lots of communication, advice, relevant info, and follow up. I always got a response in a timely manner and felt that my concerns were taken seriously.

We were dissatisfied with a realtor with whom we were working at the time (but with whom we had not yet signed) and to her credit, Jennifer was called upon last minute and, yet, in very short order she gave us exceptional advice, organized and implemented the cleaning services we needed, the minor repairs we needed, and the dumpster we had not thought we needed, but did! Until Jennifer began working with us, I was pretty much the sole coordinator of our very complicated cross country move, complete with several pets in tow, and I was seriously overwhelmed with all the moving pieces involved.
