The info. below is a look at the Lebanon County real estate market for December 2018.

Although inventory is still tight, there were still 93 homes sold/settled in December. Additionally, there were 90 homes listed in December 2018. The median list price was $161,200 and the median sold/settled price was $174,500. This represents 4 months of inventory. Keep in mind that 6 months of inventory is considered a ‘balanced’ seller/buyer market, so we are still slightly slanted towards a sellers’ market in Lebanon County. The average days on market for the sold properties was 53 days.
