There are several instances in Pennsylvania which may qualify home owners for a property tax rebate.
People who qualify would include:
- individuals 65 years or older
- widows or widowers 50 years or older and
- permanently disabled people.
In order to claim your benefits, you must first pay the property tax and then contact the office of aging for your rebate.
You can also choose to download the form directly from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue by clicking here. You’ll find it in the “forms and publications” section of the site.
